2015 Parents & Athletes Welcome Letter
East Side Families:
It is with great pleasure that I welcome all of you to East Side! For those of you who are new to our park, thank you for entrusting your children to what we believe is the best youth baseball/softball program in North Central Indiana.
My name is T.J. Sult, and I’m the father of four boys, all of whom have played or currently play at East Side. I have been a member of the East Side board for the past eight years, serving in various roles. This year, I was given the opportunity to be park president. This is a responsibility that I take very seriously. I look to my fellow board members and our volunteer coaches to help make the East Side experience one that kids and parents will be discussing over dinner tables for years to come. Dedicated, hard-working former board members have created a beautiful facility and grounds that are second to none. We are grateful for their commitment. Now, it’s our obligation to continue that commitment and make East Side the premier park for youth baseball/softball in the South Bend Region.
In closing, I would like to once again welcome you! The state of youth recreational baseball and softball is forever changing. Families like yours make East Side the park of choice for young ball players in our community.
